MK CS Lunch Hours

I am trying to plan out our plan of attack for the MK on July 4th, but I have no idea what time Peco Bill's, Casey's, or Cosmic Ray's starts to serve lunch. Does anyone know? The park is opening at 8 AM. I would like to hope that they will start serving at 11 AM, but I don't want to assume and throw our times off. I appreciate the help. TIA

wdwinfo.com has the opening time at 10:30 for Pecos Bill's and Cosmic Rays, and 11am for Casey's.

What I do is visit Guest Relations in the first park we visit. They have Times Guides for all the parks and the restaurant times are listed.

In December 2010 when I was at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe I saw that the section which sells their Wraps and etc opened at 10:30 AM. Then at 11:00 AM the sections opened which sell Burgers and Chicken.
