Hello- I’m looking for help with finding easy breakfast options at Magic Kingdom. The day I’m planning for has EMH at 7:00 am with park open at 8:00 am. We would be ready for a snack by 8:30 or 9:00 am. I’d like to try the Chesire Cat Tail and ideally find a cream cheese pretzel but can never find one that early. We always end up at Sleepy Hollow and I feel like I’m missing potential options.

Prince Eric’s Market lists a cheese pretzel, but is it open early?

I really like the nutella waffle at Sleepy Hollow and I think that's open with EHM. Gaston's might be open, too. That cinnamon roll would feed two easily. I know those are sweet options but they are good.

I love the Nutella waffle! That is what I usually get because then my husband can get the savory waffle sandwich.

Do you know if the Gaston’s cinnamon roll has cream cheese frosting or not?

I think the icing is a glaze - not cream cheese. Others have recommended asking for the cup with extra icing.
