MK area resort restaurants question

We're going to be staying at the Poly for the first time. Do any of the monorail resorts have a restaurant with tables outside where you can see the water or fireworks? Somewhere casual, even a counter service type place is fine. We've always liked to get a pizza and salad at the window on the Boardwalk and eat outside, looking for something similar.

How are the resort lounges in the area for eating a casual lunch or dinner? My 6yo will be there so wouldn't be there very late at night.

Captain Cooks has seating that faces the volcano pool and MK (Ohana has window seating too, but not sure there's a lot of tables that face that way). CR has California Grill. And GF has Narcooses (I forgot if it faces the MK or not).

If your staying club level at Poly they have the lounge that faces MK and I heard its a great place to view the fireworks.

Gasparilla Island Grill at GF has a few outdoor tables by the dock with a perfect (though distant) view of the castle. It’s quick service.

As PP mentioned, Gasparilla's at GF really fits the bill - good QS food with tables outside and a nice view of the castle. Prior to 8 pm, you could also go to Trader Sam's at Poly for drinks and apps (it's SUPER fun inside!). They also have a patio (but, again, with a child, you could only be there until 8 pm). You could try Mizner's at GF for lounge food. Tambu at Poly gets really crowded with people waiting for O'hana, so I wouldn't really recommend it. If you are willing to travel a little (by boat from MK), Geyser Point and Territory Lounge at WL are both excellent.

Thanks all! I added Gasparilla's, Geyser Point, Trader Sam's (will try at opening), and Captain Cooks to our plans. I made breakfast adrs at 'Ohana and 1900 Park Faire. We're planning on a resort heavy trip with just two park days so we'll have time to explore the nearby options by monorail or boat. May try the Grand Floridian Cafe one evening, that's been on my must try list forever.
