MK and/or EPCOT Photo Shoot - Photographer questions

My first question might make you think I'm bonkers, LOL. I don't know if I dreamed it but I could've sworn that I read a while ago that people used to be able to bring in outside photographers like Randy Chapman to do their MK or EPCOT photo shoots. Is that true or am I totally off base?

The followup question to that is, if it was true, can it still be done?

Finally, if I've just been in lalaland dreaming up these ideas, are there any official Disney photographers that are actually any good and you'd recommend for the official MK and/or EPCOT photo shoots?

Nope - you were never allowed to have an outside photographer for your MK or Epcot shoot (the one you do in bridal attire). The new photog rule applies to outside photographers for ceremony or dessert party venues, and no if you book after October 2009, you cannot use outside photographers for any events on park property...HTH

Also, as far as DFTW photographers, I've heard good things about Paul Looper and Ty.
