MK and Illuminations fireworks - What are the best locations?

Does anyone have tips on the best locations to view the Magic Kingdom and Illuminations fireworks?

Our favorite place to view Wishes is from behind the castle. You are just surrounded by the fireworks.

We enjoy watching Illuminations from Italy.

I usually watch Illuminations from the bridge near Italy.

There was just a review posted about WISHes that suggests viewing from Main Street. I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I'll be there soon.
