MK and HS selling out

Conspiracy theorizing as I drink my coffee this fine Sunday morning....is WDW limiting capacity at MK and HS more than at EP and AK in order to sell park hoppers?

HS and MK are much smaller than AK and EPCOT and have lower capacity limits. HS has the newest/hottest attractions and MK is the most popular theme park in the world based on attendance records. Personally, I don’t think there is a conspiracy here...
