We have 4 days in the parks in April (no hoppers) and are not going to DHS. Kids are DD4.5 (loves the princess thing) and DD7.5 (not into princesses) and are not into thrill rides, loud or scary AT ALL. My FP+ 60 days is coming up this week and I'm a bit at a loss as to what to try for and I'd love your help!
Our current plan based on crowd calendars from both EasyWDW and KennythePirate:

Monday @ EP - 8:15am PPO ADR @ Garden Grill
Rides of interest = LWTL, SE, Journey, The Seas, Mexico ride and...?
7:30pm ADR @ La Hacienda de San Angel (hoping to see Illuminations from here)
We will be happy to wander around WS and admiring the F&G displays, but what things can we do with the kids around WS to help it be more fun?
Do I even bother w/ FP+ for what we want to do? I'm assuming the Frozen ride won't be up yet, otherwise we'd definitely do that one. Wish Kitchen Cabaret was still there...I LOVED that as a kid!

Tuesday @ ??? Both AK & MK are recommended
I have an 8:25am ADR at TH but couldn't get anything for BOG
Maybe decide this day on whatever FP+ we can get?

Wednesday @ AK - 8:10am PPO ADR @ TH
Rides of interest = Safari, FOTLK, Nemo, FOW, Wildlife train, Triceratop Spin, Affection Station
5:30pm ADR @ Sanaa
My kids will LOVE this park and just exploring and seeing the animals. Wondering what is worth getting FP+ for or if we shouldn't bother? Plan to head straight to Safari right after our ADR.
Assuming Rivers of Light will not be open yet (we are here before Earth Day)

Thursday @ MK - 8:10am PPO ADR @ BOG
Rides of interest = A&E (only DD4), PP, Pooh, Under the Sea, Dumbo, IASW, Speedway (maybe), JC, Barnstormer (maybe - borderline), Tom Sawyer Island, Swiss Family Treehouse, People Mover, WDW RR
My kids get overwhelmed quickly, so I don't want to push them at MK. We will likely not make it to Wishes regardless of whether we come home to nap or rest midday. I'm hoping to do A&E right after our BOG meal assuming I won't be able to get FP+ for it. What should I try to FP+ and what should I try to get to in the first hour of the morning? What should I send DH and DD7 to do while me and DD4 wait for A&E?

Thanks for your help! WDW is totally different now and I'm trying to make the best of it!

For the attractions you plan to do at Epcot, I would get FP+ for Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and Journey into Imagination. It's not going to save you a whole lot of time on any of those (may not save any time at all for Living with the Land, as standby wait is likely to be minimal with Soarin closed), but it could save you a little bit of time at the other two.

For Animal Kingdom, if you do Safari right after ADR, you won't really need FP+ for it, but you also don't really need it for any of the three shows either (except Robo says that FP+ is worth it for getting good seats for the Nemo show, and you can't go wrong following Robo's advice!). I would certainly go ahead and get three FP+ if I were you. If you think you might want to do the Safari twice (and no two Safaris are ever exactly the same), you might get a FP+ for it later in the day.

For Magic Kingdom, FP+ will save you the most time for these attractions in this order, I think:
1 - Elsa/Anna
2 - Peter Pan
3 - Jungle Cruise
4 - Speedway
5 - Winnie the Pooh
6 - Small World
7 - Dumbo, Barnstormer, Under the Sea

We like to do Peter Pan at Rope Drop, however, so we don't miss the interactive queue. If you do Peter Pan at rope drop, and follow that with Winnie the Pooh and then the Speedway, you can get all of those done without needing FP+.

Since you're not like to get over to the Jungle Cruise till later in the day, that for sure is one you want a FP+ for.

Tom Sawyer Island, Railroad, People Mover, and Treehouse are all good choices for the very busiest time of the day (early and mid afternoon).

Since you are not doing any of the mountains at MK, I'd use your FP+ on A&E, Peter Pan, and Jungle Cruise.

Based on your list, I'd go with this order....
Pooh
Speedway
Teacups?
Dumbo
Barnstormer
Pete's (to see the characters)?
Mermaid
Small World
Peter Pan FP+
Philharmagic?
A&E FP+
with Jungle Cruise FP+ being your last (could be done this by 2pm), which will set you up for a 4th FP+ pretty early for Pirates, Haunted Mansion or Buzz.
