Mixed up rooms

Hi, I wonder if you lovely people can help me.
We have booked 3 rooms at Coronado Springs over a few days due to numbers increasing. Some of the people named on the booking are not the people who will be staying in the rooms.
If I phone up, Will Disney “juggle” the people around for us then we can link the reservations through the app and the correct people can unlock their doors with their magic bands?

It wouldn’t let us so far but we cannot see all the reservations - for some reason it can take a while or a phone call to see and link them, something to do with booking from the UK.

The only names that cannot be changed are the lead names on each room reservation. I don't think it can be done online for non-DVC reservations. Call. They should be able to switch names around.

Even though you fixed this, provided everyone was staying the same amount of time, plastic door keys would also have been available at the front desk.
