Misty Mates

Has anyone used the Misty Mates at WDW. They seem a bit bulky, but so are the spray bottles with the fans. Do you think that it's worth carrying? I was thinking that I could carry it around, and cool myself and my son...plus sell some sprays to my fellow hot and humid August park goers and make all my money for food

We didn't use the Misty Mates because we already look like pack mules so I consider every bit of space. We bought these very small fans at Walmart for $1 each and they only require 2 AA batteries. Then I brought along 1 small squirt bottle and the 3 kids had to just pass it around to squirt themselves then use their own little fans to cool. I went to Dollar General and got some lanyards (spiderman) to hang the fans on so THEY could carry that themselves and have it handy whenever they wanted it and I didn't have to dig through my backpack to find it.

i just bought "cool2O" brand mister fans at target for $3.48 each and they came w/a little keychain fan only as a "bonus!" i am looking forward to trying them

We use Misty Mates in the hot summer months. We fill the container with ice and then water. They really work at keeping you cool!
