Misting Fans...where to find now in Alberta?

Hi again!

All you Cdn dis-ers helpedme find awesome ponchos (kids' Spiderman ones with hoods for $1!!) now I would like to find those misting fans... looks like I may have missed the boat, though - all stores I have checked have packed them away for next year!

If you know where I can find these, PLEASE post some tips! Thanks!

PS: How much are the WDW ones at the parks again?

I saw some in a bin at Michaels the other day. I believe the ones at WDW are approx 17 bucks each

$17!?!?!?! Yoikes!!! That's crazy! Do these really get used that much anyway? I can imagine that it would be almost essential for little ones.

I also saw some at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods section but that was a couple of weeks ago so I am not sure now. If you are going soon you will probably want one.

I am out in Airdrie, I have looked here at our SuperWalmart and they don't have any. I also checked the Michaels in Coventry they too don't have any.

What locattions are you all finding them at?

Deerfoot Walmart and Coventry Michaels. Maybe they have been put away for fall. I did see the ones at Michaels the last week of August

our local Walmart hasd them in the fishing area for 8.00, the ones a WDW are 17.00

Our Wal Marts in Winnipeg had the fans in the sporting goods section as well as the gardening area. I haven't seen any a Michaels at all.

When we were on our Disneymoon in 2001, we bought the ones at WDW, and we used them alot!! (It was June.) If we were in line, waiting for the parade, bus, etc.. We did buy the Wal Mart one for this Oct, just in case!
