We all rode and enjoyed MS last summer but I have motion sickness and felt a bit queasy for a while afterwards. The kids want to ride it again but I don't think I do so I would like to let them ride it alone. They are 12 and 9 and have rode other rides where I can be right there to watch and the 12 yo has been riding coasters by herself since she was 9. Is there an age limit to ride alone on MS?

I don't think there is an age limit, only a height requirement (you must be 44 inches tall to ride). I admit I loved MS on our last trip, but did feel a little dizzy afterwards. We did ride MS about 5x during our trip, and my 9 and 6 year olds had a blast. I on the other hand, felt the after effects.

Take a look at www.allearsnet.com, go to 'Theme Park' section and 'Ride Restrictions'.

My 9 yr old rode it alone. First he rode it twice with his dad, and the 3rd time he used my fast pass and rode alone. He rode several of the rides a 2nd or 3rd time alone. After we'd all done Space Mountain together, we went back to MK for our 2nd day and got 3 Fast Passes to Space Mt and he rode it 3 times in a row alone! We gave him the option of once with all of us again or 3 times alone. Dh and I sat and had our morning coffee outside the ride while he rode it 3 times in a row!
