Much has been written over the past few years about what a great value this restaurant is for the meal vouchers. It remains a favorite not only for its value (more later), but for its:
Ambience turn of the century, sea shore ice cream soda shop; pastel, pretty, tin ceilings, ceramic tile, marble counters / table tops. Also extremely noisy, given all of those hard services and close proximity of tables.
Location easily accessible (walking distance) for anyone staying at the Epcot resorts, as well as any Epcot guest who is looking for a break during an Epcot touring day.
Menu is fairly limited and never changes, but what they have is popular and good. To get your money out of the meal vouchers, you really need to choose the (a) double burger (enough for 2), (b) prime rib sandwich (not filling, but good although they only had it once in our 4 visits there this year) or the chicken ceasar salad. We started out (3 years ago) ordering the prime rib all of the time. We have migrated to ordering the CC salad. Whatever.
Dessert remains the same volume and quality. Lot of opportunity for splitting. We usually use 3 vouchers for 5 people here.
For quality and convenience (location), this remains the best all-around use of a Q&C meal voucher, and a good, fun place to eat, even if you dont have a voucher.
