Missing tickets - do I need to call Disney?

I'm about 2 weeks out from my trip. When I booked my FPs, everything was fine, but it's still only showing 3 tickets in my account. Two of them are missing. I have the right number of magic bands, etc. Is there a reason my husband and son's tickets wouldn't show in my account?
 
Check via the App and the website.
Check later today.

If no go, call.

Cause their glitches come and go. Sometimes stuff will be there, sometimes it won’t. Drives me crazy!
 

Ah, OK. It's been like this since we booked the trip. It wasn't new. I was initially quite worried about booking FPs, but that worked fine. I may have done that on my phone though, can't quite remember.
