Missing Second Stateroom Photos

So, we just returned from the 4-night Bahamian cruise on the Wonder today, popped in the all-photos CD we had purchased only to find it was my mother-in-laws stateroom (we were both booked/paid for by her) and was missing all of the photos. Basically, we used our KTTW's for the photos, but my youngest son was in their room.

I have read the few forum posts that talk about purchasing after you get off the boat, but any additional advice on how to rectify this situation? My wife is pretty distraught at the moment as we went crazy with photos this year. We hit almost all of the characters and had some good family shots this time around.

We have submitted the ticket to the company via the link someone posted here. Are there any other things that we can do?

Which room purchased the CD? As in, what KTTW card was scanned when the CD was purchased? Or did you prepurchase it? Which reservation did you make the purchase under?

Whichever room purchased the CD - those are the people whose photos will be included.

Submitting the ticket to Shutters via their website is really all you can do.

It was My mother-in-laws card that did the purchasing, even though they said the photos from ours. Hopefully the ticket process works out.

I'm confused. Was just one photo cd purchased or was one purchased for each stateroom? So your MIL paid for yours and she told them she was purchasing the photos for your stateroom and not hers? I could see how this happened if your MIL used her KTTW card to purchase the CD, they would assume the CD was for her stateroom. I hope you are able to get this resolved.

Apparently my wife discussed the photos we wanted (i.e. our stateroom) and viewed the correct album. However, my MIL did the actual purchasing on her KTTW.

So only her room got the full CD. And any photos that had her (and I believe your son) in them would be included.

I guess they prepare for these things better now. Shutters just e-mailed my wife a zip of the photos. It looks like almost all (including two of some random dude) of the photos are there.
