Missing pieces from Santa gift!

I am so pissed off. We bought dd the American Girl Treehouse from Santa. Dh is downstairs putting it together and there are a bunch of pieces missing.

This treehouse has been such a PITA with a lonnnnng backstory of difficulty getting it here in the first place. Now this!

If anyone has ever had this sort of problem with a Santa gift, any advice is welcome. I have no ideas why Santa would have this kind of problem....

So sorry that you are having these problems! My DD is getting Kit for Christmas this year, so I know that you spent a lot of money on that gift.

Last year DDs doll house had a couple of broken pieces. She was mad that the elves were so rough on stuff when they threw it into the sleigh! Luckily we were able to glue hers back together.

Yeah, I guess Santa could blame the elves in a letter....it's missing a whole dang branch.

American Girl really fudged up on this one. They told me a MONTH after I ordered it that it couldn't be shipped here. Then I paid a ton of money to get it on an airplane here...I'm really pissed off at them.
