Missing Photopass Photos

I am missing two Photopass photos from rides during my recent trip. In looking at my photos I took of the screen, a strangers nose is peeking out of their mask on Space Mountain and Guardians of the Galaxy 3 people took off their masks. Could that be the reason these photos didn't load?? I would hope they wouldn't deny me photos I paid for because of the poor actions of strangers.

I know people have had issues with ride photos not loading. I don't remember exactly what steps they took to track them down, so bumping in the hopes someone else has a better memory than me!

There’s a form on the Disneyland website you can complete for missing photos. https://disneyland.disney.go.com/photopass/contact-us I believe I’ve read that they will crop the photos to remove those who were not wearing masks properly and forward the image to you.

In addition to the form, I have called Photospass support and they looked through the photos based on timestamp. I described colors of shirts, etc, and they found them for me. This was pre-CV, so I'm not sure if they have the staffing to do this anymore. If you do call, try them early in the morning (they were in Florida / ET).
