Missing Guests in link to My Disney

I am trying to link my reservation from DVC website to My Disney and the only guest listed is me. I went in yesterday and added the other guests on DVC site prior to trying to bring it over. I keep canceling on My Disney side because it just lists me. Any ideas? If I have to contact who do I contact, DVC or My Disney?

The DVC system doesn’t really connect to My Disney Experience. You have to connect them via MDE, as well. Add them to your Friends and Family list in MDE, if not already there, and then you will be able to add them to your reservation.

I'm running into the same problem. I added a guest yesterday and that guest is not showing up in MDE as of this afternoon.

The usual advice to force MDE to update is to do (or modify) online check in. I tried that and got an error. Then I remembered that I had removed my credit card from my profile. So, I tried to update my payment info and that throws an error, too.

I am so frustrated with Disney IT! I could go on a long rant over my issues from the past year but I'll just leave it at this. I think the recent "magical update" to their websites created a lot of problems.
