Missing email with my tickets

I bought our tickets online about a week ago, and I selected the e-ticket/print yourself option. Everything seemed fine and I even took a screenshot of one of the e-tickets just to send to my DH showing that I had purchased them. The next day, I was wanting to access the tickets to show him and realized that I never got an email with my ticket information. It charged my bank account and I have the screenshot that has one of the tickets with a confirmation code and ticket number, but I have no way to view them. I sent the Disney website an email on Sunday, but still haven't heard back. Is this a common problem??

I don't know about common, but people do report this same problem on these boards often enough. Have you tried calling Guest Services to ask them for help? It is good that you have the screen shot with the necessary numbers. Those will help a lot. People do report getting the issue resolved with minimal hassle, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

I know it's a silly question but did u check your junk inbox ? Your email might think its spam. Check there first then call customer service w/the info u have from the screen shot. GL :)

Yes, do this, I waited a MONTH for NFL tickets (Go Broncos!) and they were in my junk mail folder THE WHOLE TIME!

I felt like a dumb dumb. :upsidedow

In 2009, I typed in the wrong email address when I bought my eTickets. I phoned Disney right away and they said they could not send to a different email, but they told me I could pick up the tickets at any ticket window as a "will-call" situation. I think they needed the credit card I used to buy the tickets; I'm not 100% sure if I had a screenshot or not, but it wouldn't hurt.

It did take them quite a bit of time to figure out and I think they had to bring in a supervisor (we did it in the evening so at least there weren't people behind us). I can't say how much time; maybe 10-15 minutes? I hadn't been to Disneyland in a few years so it might have felt like longer. :) Anyway, we eventually got our tickets, no problem.

So even if the email never comes, I think you should be able to resolve it.

Omg lucky i read this post because i just purchased my ticket online 2 days ago and got an email telling me that my order is not complete and i will be notified soon. So i have been waiting anxiously to recieve the confirmation email and nothing has been sent. THEN i checked my junk mail and low and behold there was my disney ticket just sitting in the junk folder! So a sigh of relief that i am now going to Disneyland!! My world is complete

So lucky i checked this post because this just happened to me lol. Purchased my tickets 2 days ago and got an email saying the order is not complete and the order is pending due to system availablity. So thought maybe it was just because of the timezone difference and we purchased the tickets in the middle of night (US time). But turns out the actual confirmation email with the tickets was in my junk folder lol. So thanks guys for the simple tip lol

Glad the OP found her tickets. While I don't think this is a frequent occurrence, she would not be the first person to report that the emailed tickets did not arrive. There was an individual on the HalloweenTime SuperThread that reported her MHP tickets never arrived. She checked her junk mail folder several times. When she called Disney, they were unable to re-send the email, but told her that as long as she had her confirmation number she would be okay. She would be able to get her tickets re-printed at guest services outside the park. So, it sounds like not getting the email does happen occasionally.

That was me and yes you're correct on all accounts. I have called twice and both times they have been able to look up my tickets. The first time, they said give it a little more time in case they were floating around cyberspace, the second time they said my only option was to have them printed at the ticket booth when we got there. We double checked the email address both times and it's correct and it never went to my spam folder, although they did say that commonly happens.

I'm glad the OP found her tickets! I'll update after our Oct. trip with how it went for anybody else who may read this thread in the future.
