It sounds like it's going to be huge and a lot of fun. I'm not really a slide person because I don't really like the feeling of being shot out of cannon. But this one should be pretty tame.

That's right, I didn't even think of that. Volcano Bay looks awesome, I think they're going to have that ride that feels like your free falling. You don't even feel like your touching the slide behind you. It's more like your skydiving then water sliding.

Any slide where you get into a casket and are warned to cross your arms and legs... is one I'll skip.

I believe that TL doesn't have a family raft ride so this will be a great addition. Next to the lazy river, Teamboat Springs at Blizzard Beach was my DF's favourite part of either water park.

I know, it's so small in comparison to Teamboat, that if it was possible the other slides would laugh at it.

I wonder though if the promised new Universal water park will be so advanced, it will be to Blizzard and Typhoon as those two parks were to River Country.

This is an expansion of the park. I'm sure it won't be like the other family raft ride or they wouldn't. They are doing this because of volcano bay.

It's the first addition to the water parks in years so it will still likely bring in people.

No doubt but these water parks aren't supposed to be the destination they are just an added thing to keep you on property and a way to cool off on your summer vacation.
