Yes, it is still closed. No opening date has been announced.

They tore the entire platform down and are only now going vertical with new concrete supports. Not sure long it takes to build a new monorail station, but seems like it may be awhile.

You can grab the monorail at the TTC station. The DVC rooms are closer to the TTC than the Poly monorail stop in the GCH.
