Minnie's seasonal dine

I am going to try and get a reservation for Minnie's holiday dining.

When booking is there a specific time it starts?

On WdW website it says Minnie hosts ' sensational nights ' does this mean it's only dinner I.e evening time?

Sorry if it's a really obvious answer, I just want to be fully prepared when my adr window opens in a couple of weeks.

From what I've read, the holiday dining is only available at dinner sittings so I'd have a look at what day you have in mind and see what time the dinner times start from as I've looked at various dates throughout October which have varied from 3pm - 4:15pm as the starting times.
