Minnie's Seasonal Dine at Hollywood and Vine?

Hi, I'm wondering if Minnie's seasonal dine at Hollywood and Vine is year round? We will be there late May/early June and our 180 ADR date is approaching. I'm wondering if we will meet Minnie and friends if we book H&V for lunch or dinner? TIA!
