Minnies Bakeshop cookies

It was May when we were in Disney. I had a few leftover snack credits so while DH was packing up the car to return home I ran into the POP gift shop to see what I could find. I grabbed a Minnies bakeshop cookie and a brownie. Seriously, I've been dreaming of that cookie ever since. They didn't even look like they would taste good but it was so yummy. We are going next month and this i one thing I am looking forward too.

Someone needs to get a recipe.

The same thing happened to me. I had 7 snack credits remaining on the last day of our trip. I forgot about them and while we were waiting for the ME bus, I realized I still had them. I ran back into the store and got some chocolate chip and some peanut butter. Oh my goodness these were one of the best cookies I ever had. I am just sorry we are not using the DDP this trip because I can't see paying that much for one cookie.

We always save our snack credits for these cookies. Mmmm, making me hungry just thinking about them. Anyways, the company is an Orlando based company called Selmas. If you need a real fix their website is http://www.selmas.com/

Also, they weren't in a Disney packaging, but I have found Selma's cookies in a Steinmart in my town, and they were the exact same ones.

I have considered those cookies so many times, but worried that they wouldn't taste good. This is probably because they are prepackaged. I actually talked ds into a candy bar instead once.

We are going to be on the QSDP next trip. With so many snack credits, I will make it a point to try the cookies.

Yes these are great! We tried them while on our vacation. Me and some of my family didnt use the snacks every day but i did have a nice stash of Minnies cookies to take home. There were a few places between the MK and some of the resorts that had them, i would get a few at a time and put them away and by the end of the trip I had around 15 big cookies to bring home and so glad that i did. Yes the peanut butter chip & choco chip ones are really good. I cant wait to go back in August to get another big stash.

I have 4 of these in my pantry right now LOL. They look terrible and dry, but they are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
