I did a search, but didn't see this, can someone tell me what platform Minnie Vans are on, I know on my last trip in 2019 it was Lyft, is is the still the same?

Yes, Lyft.
I just did a test pickup from A WDW resort to another WDW Resort.
Minnie vans were one of the ride options that popped up in the Lyft app.
