Minnie - Dancer Image - tshirt & autograph page designs

PLEASE PLEASE....I need help creating a tshirt/leotard design with a Minnie Mouse "dancer" image. I couldn't find any on this site but found a couple images on the web.

For tshirt would like the following incorporated:
- Holly Springs School of Dance
- Disney Dance the World 2011
- Personalization for dancer name (blank, Dancer, Victoria, Marilyn, Mommy, Grandma)

For Autograph - be creative. They will be getting fellow dancer autographs, Disney Choreographers and characters. They will be dancing at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
