I did not see them anywhere on our trip last week. The orange(ish) and black were the only Halloween themed ears I saw

I didn't see any when we were there Sept. 29, either. Wasn't looking in all the shops, but saw the other Halloween ears (like AngiTN said) at multiple locations.
