Minivan Rental

Hi,
I'm ready to find the best deal that I can for a one week minivan rental 5/14-5/20. So far, the best I found was from Dollar $199 per week ($255 after all of the charges are added). Is this the best I can do? I have AAA, Entertainment card, Disney Club, AP Passes, Sams Club Member, BJS Club Member and AARP.

199.99 a week for a minivan is a pretty good rate. Unless you have some other discounts like Disney Club or something that you can use.

I agree with sgtdisney, not sure you could do much better than $199. Maybe if you have a coupon for National and the DC discount code but not sure if that could get you below $199, maybe. Good Luck!

All I can say with the minivan rental is don't do it! It was the most expensive thing we did last year on vacation. We decided we liked it so much we came home and bought one less than two weeks later!

LOL, that happened to us back in '98. We had our son in '96 and took a trip with him to Florida in '98. Rented a minivan and wow, were we sold on the convenience.. We had been driving mid-size sedans at home. Came back and a month or 2 later traded one of the cars in on a Minivan. 5 years later we are on our 2nd minivan.. Had our 2nd child so we 'had' to get an extended-length minivan.. Funny how that works..
