Minimum points to rent via David’s?

I think I’m going to have 13 points going spare that we won’t be able to use ourselves even after banking - is this too few to rent through David’s?
If so, is my only option to rent them privately?

Your challenge will be finding a request that will take only 13 that you can fill. People do rent single nights, but they are less common.

I’ve just managed to get hold of someone on chat and they confirmed they’ll accept as low as 12.

I just rented 22 points through David's. I had 13 originally and put in the agreement that David's could take up to an additional 10 points. Someone rented a single day at BLT within 2 hours. It was painless and completely unexpected it would go that fast.

That is great to know. I've had a few points left over and would have rented, but thought there was a minimum of 50.
