Many guests live local to WDW (at least 10 or so)....and many more prefer offsite. MUST we book WDW rooms for all our guests ?? So confused...please help. Are my guests required to stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort? Will they receive a discounted room rate?
Your guests may stay wherever they please. However, in order to make it easy and affordable for them to attend your special Disney event, we are pleased to offer discounted room rates available throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort. Based on your estimated number of guests, you must guarantee a minimum number of room nights at Walt Disney World owned and operated Resorts. Your Disney Wedding Specialist will be happy to discuss these minimums in detail to ensure your comfort level.
