Friday Oct 27 8pm - NYC
The show is still in previews but as it is so close to the official open I don't think it will change much. Cast was great with Bert being the same actor that orginated the character in the London production. Was the London version better? I don't think so, every actor adds their own special feel to the characters and it was just as enjoyable and I had more fun in NYC watching my family's face as some of the surprises from the staging.
Sets are just as amazing as in London, I would say some of the most impressive that I have seen in any shows on broadway. The songs are great as well as the dance numbers. All four B's saw the show so both Blair 13 (ok almost 14, and Brandon now 17) enjoyed it.
Can't forget the theater which is still a gem after all the rehab that Disney completed as part of the times square cleanup so many years ago.
It's truly a great show to see so if you have the opportunity to get into NYC it's worth the time and money.
