Mini Castle Cake for Anniversary?

Trying to get some info on the Mini Castle cake? We will be at WDW for our 11th Anniv. and I would like to plan something special. I have heard of these but am not sure just what they are and where they are served. Are they big enogh for three peopel (DW, DD6, and myself) Any other special desserts that you would suggest for such an occasion? I really want to make this a special day, but my DW already turned down going to V & A so anything else romantic and fun would be great.

Do you mean the ones that are around $25? If so, they are small and meant really for one person, but each of you could probably have a couple bites. I believe there are bigger ones available to order, though.

These are ordered from and picked up or served at the Grand Floridian. I have read that the bakery won't send it somewhere else to you (i.e., restaurants outside of GF or resort rooms).
