Millionaire:So how many of you were the NEXT person in the hotseat when time ran out?

I was #1 when we played WWTBM last July. I was sooooooo excited........and then the dreaded buzzer sounded! My son and I played a few weeks ago, but no such luck that time. I'll be back in 68 days, trying again!

We have never played but it sounds like something we should check out. How long does a show last?

DD11 and I just got back during Spring Break/Easter time. She wanted to spend a whole day doing Millionaire to try to get herself in the hot seat. We saw 7 shows and she got her personal best of #3. I got #1 twice once at the end of the show and another time when it didn't matter.

If you take a look at my next trip, you can see that I did get #1 once when it did count! Our cruise is in 28 days. When I got #1 then, dd was 4 and her friend 5.

It's a great, fun game!

We have never played but it sounds like something we should check out. How long does a show last?

Each show lasts 25 to 15 minutes. They do not want a carryover hot seat contestant and so will cut the show short on time if some one loses too early. This means that there will be a fastest finger question and then one more hot seat contestant getting on due to playing along with the first player during each show.

My daughter was #1 and I was #3. Haven't even made the top 10 since!

Wow! Congrats, that is so cool. Not bad pay for 15 minutes worth of
work eh? Now I want to go just to see someone win

Yeah, it happened to me once.

Of course, I've only been to Millionaire twice, so technically it happens to me 50% of the time...
