Sci Fi, Whispering Canyon, The Wave, Le Cellier, Turf Club all allowed milkshakes or smoothies as the dining plan beverage for adults - LeCellier said the girls - 20 yr. olds - could have "virgin" pina colavas if they wanted (at least one of those places specified the shakes/smoothies was only on the adult plan, but I don't remember which it was. Only remember thinking it was funny the waitress mentioned that since we were very obviously adults-only at the table, lol. Have seen other reports that kids - under 10 - were turned down, though.)
Yak & Yeti, Rose & Crown, Les Chefs, and 1900 Park Fare did not allow anything except for fountain soda, coffee or tea.
Pretty much every place that has a shake or smoothie on the menu allows them as a drink on the DDP. Places noted for this are: WCC, Kona, Boatwright's, SciFi, and 50s PTC. Probably others I'm missing.
