Milk Allergy

My 1 year old son has a severe milk allergy - even the smallest traces of a milk protein will make him react. How accomadating are the restaurants in WDW? If I let them know when I make my PS, do you think I should also call a day in advance and remind them?

They are very accomadating. Make sure they note it on your PS and they will give you a number to call so many days before your PS. When you arrive for your PS they will have a note of it and the chef should come out and talk with you to confirm everything you had discussed with him/her over the phone a few days earlier.
