We are going in November. If we preorder our tickets to do FP can we add the waterparks when we arrive? We are going to be there in November and since we do not know if it will be warm we don't want add them upfront. TIA

You can do it at any Disney Park ticket booth, or Disney Guest Relations at each park gate or DTD. Shades of Green won't do upgrades. You'll pay $30 + tax = $31.95.
