Military room-only for early Oct released

I just noticed that the room-only codes for the military have been released for the dates that I'm looking at in October. I wonder if this is a sign that the others will be released sooner than expected.

I know they usually don't release the AP rates to the end of August but they may trying something new. I HOPE!
