Shades of Green has discount rates on tickets. They are a low/moderate priced hotel compared to Disney moderate resort prices. What I found very interesting is the SOG rates are NOT available for servicemen who were in the military served their 4 or 8 years. It is only available for currently enlisted or retired military.

I actually found this info on the main dis page under military cruise discounts. I called this evening and they confirmed that it is valid. The rates start at 69+tax for value and 84+tax for mods. They are comparable to AP and FL res rates for that time period. Check in must occur by the last day of the promotion.

I tried to but the code is only good until March 7, 2007. We aren't planning on being there until later in the month.

I'm going in late April..We may get lucky..They offered room only discounts in 2005 .Initially they only offered them for a 6 week period,then they added another few months to the offer..I'm going to keep my eye on this...We got 40% discounts in 2004
