Military Discount (2019) Treehouses at Saratoga Springs included?

Hi! Does anyone know if the Treehouses at Saratoga Springs ever qualify for the military discount? I see that it says 3 bedroom villas are excluded, but even though the tree houses have 3 bedrooms, I wasn't sure if they are "villas."

I'm pretty sure they're excluded. When I look at the WDW website the Treehouses are called Villas (which in turn I'm pretty sure if just the term WDW uses to describe any DVC property).

I have booked the Treehouses with a military discount before. I don't think they discluded them for 2019.
