Can you book FP+ in advance with the military appreciation tickets?

According to the booking agent I spoke with yesterday, there is a way to link the 4 day ticket, but didn't specify how. He also wasn't sure about the Shades of Green ticket which is what we will use. If you find out, I would love to know!

If you are talking about the Armed Forces Salute ticket, then yes, you can add them to your MDE account once you get the voucher or whatever it's called.

Yes, you can. It's easier to do it on a smart phone, you just pull up the MDE app and take a picture of the back of your tickets. If you don't have a smart phone, you input the number printed on the back of the ticket above the bar code, however, some people have reported troubles with this method.

I presume you mean the Armed Forces Salute tickets. I did a quick search thru older threads, and reports were that you could link the ticket vouchers in advance of activation if you were staying at a Disney Resort; in other words, staying on-site. Shades of Green stay would be off-site. If SOG guests have since been allowed to pre-book FP+, I couldn't find info about that.
