Milesource - Where's my GC??

More than 6 weeks ago I cashed out for a $50 GC from GC.CA through milesource. To date, GC.CA hasn't received my order from Milesource. I have emailed milesource and they haven't acknowledged my emails.

Is there still hope that I'll get my GC? I'm getting worried. Any thoughts on what I should do next? I've never ever talked to anyone on the phone when I've called - just voicemail.

My husband and I are both waiting for SuperCertificates we requested on 5/22 from Milesource!

We've e-mailed Milesource twice in the past few weeks -- once to Member Services, once to an officer of the company whose e-mail address we had from a previous problem. No response.

We've never had a redemption problem with Milesource before, so this is really making me wonder what is going on with them. Knowing how things have gone with other awards programs in the past, I'm concerned that this might be a very bad sign.

They owe me one too, but I did read on MyCoupons last night where someone there got thiers yesterday.......that was encouraging.
