Milesource Cash Out What Is The Matter!!!!

I'm trying to cash out for a super cirt. and it is just taking me to the top of the page. What am I doing wrong?

This is the way I cash out. See if this works


On the home page on the top right, click on gift certificates under "cash in." This should bring you to the supercert redemption page.
