Mike and Sulley??

We will be visiting DL and DCA in a few weeks. My son is obsessed with the characters from Monsters, Inc. Does anyone know if they are doing Meet and Greets at DCA? Thanks!

According to the Disneyland App, Sulley meets in DCA on Sunset Boulevard (he's listed for today at any rate). I didn't see Mike listed (at least not for today). I recommend downloading the Official Disneyland App and then using that on the day you're in DCA to see if and when they're meeting guests.

They are also in the Pixar Play Parade at California Adventure, so you might want to make sure you see that.

I've never seen Mike but we've met Sulley in DCA, he's awesome!

He's usually off to the side between the Mad Tea Party area and Hyperion. You can't always see him from the far end of the street until you get almost to Hyperion and make the turn to the left. I don't know why they hide him there.

We have met Sulley a few times in the area mentioned above - he is not able to sign autographs though with his big monster hands. He is very friendly though and the kids loved seeing him. We did not see Mike but I think he is in the parades.

This was 4 years ago - seems like a long time ago now, this was right after my daughter won the Screamer of the Day Award, she won it twice. She's only gotten louder unfortunately! DCA was so quiet back then, before Carsland - it was like we had the entire place to ourselves!

I think Sulley has been a pretty dependable regular in DCA for years now. We normally see him walking to/from his greeting spot at least once per trip. I don't think you'll have trouble finding him. Be warned that he can't do autographs though. So, if getting autographs is important to your son, you may want to prep him before you get to the front of the line.

And Sulley gives the best character hugs!

We did not see him last year cause frozen had taken over everything when we visited but I too am excited to meet him this time. I have a friend who assures me that Sully gives the absolute best hugs in the world!

We have only been able to meet Mike at Hollywood Studios in Florida, but never have a problem finding Sulley at DCA ~ hope you have a wonderful trip!

Thanks. She's 9.5 now and I showed her this pic. She made it her screen saver on her iPad. She's too cool now for lots of things, but not Sulley!
