Seat recliners don't bother me... it's the people who grab the top of the seatback in front of them when they try to stand up. Once standing, they let go of the seatback and it practically launches the passenger in that seat into the seatback in front of him or her. Honestly, people. Start working out so you can go from sitting to standing without assistance OR USE YOUR OWN ARMREST!
Thank you.
I agree! Also if you want to keep a lap baby on your lap, fine, but don't let the kid entertain himself by constantly yanking on the seat of the person in front of you or let him enterain himself by yanking that person's hair. I was once on a flight where a kid about 2 y/o spent the entire flight standing on his mom's lap, yanking back and forth on the top of my seat (basically just bouncing it) until he discovered my hair. Then he spent about 20 minutes leaning against the back of my seat yanking on my hair and squealing.

I pulled it away from him a few times, then finally looked over the seat at the mom, at which time she just smiled but did nothing to stop him. Finally when he just kept on and yanked it really hard, I turned and asked her to please keep her child from pulling my hair. I couldn't believe her response. All she said was, "Sorry, but it keeps him entertained. If we make him stop he'll just cry and disturb everyone else on the plane".

I was speechless for just a second, then looked at the kid, pointed, and firmly said, "Stop. Leave my hair alone." She was right. He started crying, but did leave my hair alone for the rest of the flight.

She couldn't believe that I reprimanded her little snow flake, when she wouldn't.

Crying babies on a flight are pretty much the norm and don't really bother me, unless they are right behind me screaming in my ear, but I don't want them pulling on me.
