Might give up on A and E FP to save my sanity...what are standby waits like these days?

We have 2 MK days, on crowd level 4 and 6 according to Josh.

We are offsiters with a 3 yo.

There are a lot of other FP we'd like to get, and I think constantly moving our FP options around to piece together 3 overlapping A and E FP might drive me crazy.

How long is standby these days? I might just resign myself to do this and book our other FP for the attractions and times we want....

Thanks in advance!

I have been tracking wait times for the past couple of months leading up to when we can book FP+ in May. A&E consistently have wait times over an hour, even 30 minutes after the parks open. I have seen them as high as 130 minutes and as low as 45 minutes (shortly after rope drop). If meeting these two is a must for you, you will probably have to go straight there at rope drop and hope or get a FP+ to avoid long waits. I have not see. The 5 hour waits that were reported last summer, but the wait is still pretty long all the time.

Im assuming wait time at other attractions would be less than A&E. If it is a must do then I would recommend FP. Understand the overlap thing is hard to do but standing for A&E for over an hour might be hard too. SDMT would be the only other thing with those kind of waits.

Peter Pan's Flight has also seen some pretty long waits lately. I attribute it to the new interactive que. But a FP+ will mean you bypass the super cool new que so it is a hard call.

Why not book an early breakfast at BOG, and then hustle right to A&E as soon as the park opens? You'll be in front of the RD crowd at the gate and should be able to get right in to see them.

this is our strategy. We have 3 days at MK with breakfast ADR's at 8:00-8:15, just for this reason. A&E, then PP one day, 7DMT then PP the other 2.
