Nope, we were directed to drop off our luggage with porters first, then to pull around into the parking garage for testing.

Well, it looks like Miami is being replaced with Everglades in the next couple of years! I'm excited for it because flying into MIA from here is difficult, but there are plenty of direct flights to FLL. And the cruise port basically is the airport, so transfers should be cheap and easy.

1988. In those days the cruise line required you to arrive the day before and they threw in a free hotel room and transfers.

Not all. We sailed on the Emerald Seas and flew in day-of. My parents still talk about the harrowing taxi ride from MIA to the port - my sister and I were in the rear-facing seat in the station wagon so we just saw where we'd been.

Are you worried about testing positive and then waiting for bags to get back you?

Especially with DCL building their own terminal there.....can't wait to see the designs.

I get it....but I also feel cases have dropped off so much that the chances of testing positive are much slimmer than a month ago. Good luck!!!
