Well, no.
But, these tickets are brand new (as in, never offered at all before except in the last few months)
so not offering them in past Januarys has no significance.

My GUESS is that they will be offered for Jan. 2020, but my guess holds no special weight.

Thanks! I didn't remember them offering them before. They need to hurry up and offer them so I can finalize my planning!

IMO this is something they should offer all year long.

I actually called about these tickets because I was questioning why convention tickets, allowing guests to enter the parks at 1pm, were more expensive than midday tickets, allowing guests to enter at noon. The CM asked when I was arriving for the convention and told me the midday tickets are only offered during slower season. I am coming in January, so he was sure they wouldn’t be offered again until later 2020.

They aren't available after mid-December, so through the busy holiday season. But since this fall was the first time offered, presumably a trial offering, whether WDW decides to offer them again is a toss-up. I wouldn't be surprised to see them again in January and early February, maybe or maybe not during the busy spring break and Easter time frame.

As to pricing -- like regular tickets, the price is date-based so what may be less expensive for one date may not be on another.

I agree about availability during slower times, but with the major construction at Epcot it would be a great incentive to offer them. We usually spend a day and evening in Epcot but considering the cost of a full priced ticket and the things that are being redone, we'll pass this year.
