Microwave and Fridge

I have read in other posts that you can rent a fridge and a microwave for a small fee. When do I request those items? At check-in or when I make the reservation?

I would request it in advance. The day you arrive in Orlando, I'd call the hotel from the airport and ask that those items be put in the room they plan on giving you.

If you ask at checkin, it means they'll have to tell a worker to put those items in your room (if available). If that guy is busy, forgets, or the items are not available, you'll be peeved when you go into the room and they are not there.

Would anyone happen to know how much the charge for these?

$15 per day for each appliance. If it is needed for medical or for childrens formula then they will not charge.
