Starting Weight: 252
Current Weight:212
Goal Weight: anything under 200 will make me so super happy (preferably 175 though)
Leaving for WDW in three weeks (Jan 18, 2008) and I want to be well on my way to my goal by then. I have been slowly losing the weight since my last trip in Jan 2006. But now I need the final push to get over this hump. I got on here today to get some more inspiration after watching several episodes of the biggest loser today. And decided to start a journal. I would love to lose those twelve pounds before we leave for Florida. I've worked so hard over the past week that I have lost seven pounds. I work in a bakery and I just didn't eat any junk at work and worked my butt off trying to get ready for the Christmas rush. So my reward was two-fold. I lost weight and I had the best Christmas Eve sales in the bakeries of the seven stores that our company owns!!! I feel awesome! Tired, but awesome. So now I have to keep up the good work of now eating those cookies at work and walking during my lunch break and eating healthy. Those cookies are so awesome right out of the oven, but skinny feels better than that and I have not been skinny since I started in the bakery in 1995! Veggies are the way to go, I know this! Veggies and lean protein and good grains and fruits. And away we go!
