I'm not sure if this has been posted yet...and I'm too lazy today to look...so here goes:

Got an email today with an offer for a pre-sale to Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party at Disneyland California Adventure. You Must have the Disney Visa Credit Card to take part in the pre-offer...Says tickets start at just $26.00 so watch your email if you carry the Disney Credit Card and plan on going,

I don't believe it was advertised by Disney but apparently Disney Visa Cardholders were also able to purchase advance tickets when they went on sale to AP holders in May. I don't think a lot of people are aware of this, so it's great that you posted it. Since general sales begin August 1, those people with a Disney Visa can get a head start on getting their tickets. :)

However, Disney Visa card holders are charged a $15 surcharge for purchases made before tickets are made available to the public (Aug 1st). So if you only have a couple of people going, the savings with the Visa is not worth it to pre-buy, you should just wait until they become available to all, unless you are concerned about your date selling out. :confused3

Actually I just called today and our surcharge was $5...so it was a savings for our 3 tickets. I so can't wait :cool1:
Now I've got to convince DH that he doesn't want to be the only one there without a costume. ;)

Oh, maybe it was only $5. One of the members of our group called and ordered today too and they translated back to me that it was $15. But we are a group of 8, so I wonder if it is based on how many tickets you buy? :confused3

Where can you buy the tickets when they go on sale to the public? Is there a number to call and buy them?

Kristin (my name too!) You can buy them online.

I'm still trying to decide when I want to go. Halloween or a less busy week night? Hmm.

I believe the same pre-ordering for Visa holders also applies to AP holders as well. I was looking at the AP site on disneyland.com and apparently AP holders and Visa holders are able to purchase tickets since May 16th.
