Mickey's Parti Gras?

Anyone know when this takes place? Cost and actual events that take place?
I looked on the Disney website and found no information on it.

Parti Gras was a pin event that took place last year at AK. I'm sure it won't occur again this year, especially since there is already a merchandising event planned for February. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments.
